Katherine Hayes Dyer, 91, of Peachtree City, passed away January 3, 2014.

She was always family oriented and focused her attention on her family. She was preceded in death by her parents W. C. and Eunice Hayes; husband Drury Dyer, Sr.; and grandson Derek Dyer.

She is survived by her sons Drury N. Dyer, Jr. and wife Leslie of Peachtree City and William Randall Dyer of Cumming; granddaughter Lauren Dyer Grieca and husband Anthony Grieca of Peachtree City.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Shepherd Center, 2020 Peachtree Road, N.E., Atlanta, Ga., 30309.

A funeral service was held Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City.

Reverend Sean Robinson officiated. The burial followed at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
