Bring on the Pancakes Superbowl!

He wasn’t in the pancake eating competition, but Thomas Keohane came to McIntosh High School ready to put away the flapjacks Saturday morning at the annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast. Participants got all you can eat pancakes and sausage along with entertainment including the pancake eating contest, face painting and a fire truck on display. Photo/John Munford.

Crosstown Grille

is knocking down at least one wall, looks like. And maybe a new entrance. We can only hope new patio dining is coming.

On Cinco de Mayo

at El Ranchero at Braelinn Village is going to have a band playing outside like they did 2 years ago. (It rained last year) They really rocked that shopping center. Everyone had a good time, no problemos.

Thrusady

is a woman I knew thru Sady, many years ago, if I my memory does not fail me. I did not know she is in labour. I did not know she even knows what labour is, actually. She was quite a slacker back then, so was Sady. Sorry, couldn't resist.:) It's late and I have no business being on here....just get on home safely and leave any crummy weather you see behind you, hokaay?

La Mesa del Sur at Founders

Just heard about this. Zac Brown took over Founders restaurant in Senoia and has reopened it as La Mesa del Sur and it is now part of Southern Ground Social Club next door. Has anyone tried this yet?

They are going to do a 3 day Cinco de Mayo celebration starting next Saturday...madre mia!
