Allison Leigh Ginn and Kiley Preston Barnes were married in an outdoor wedding at the Foundation Ranch in Anniston, Ala. on Nov. 21, 2009. Judge Ryan Robertson was the officiant.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Kathy Ginn of Fayetteville. She is the granddaughter of Gloria May and the late Joe May of Fayetteville, and Suzanne Ginn and the late Olin Ginn of Atlanta. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in geosciences and the University of Georgia where she earned a master’s degree in forest resources. She is employed by the U. S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management.

The groom is the son of Henry and Cecelia Barnes of Walnut Grove, Ala. He is the grandson of Mary Catherine Vella and the late John Vella of Mobile, Ala. and the late William and Inza Faye Barnes, also of Mobile. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture extension and education and a master’s degree in agriculture information science. He is employed by the U. S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service.

The sister of the bride, Amy Ginn, of Chicago, Ill., served as maid of honor. Dr. Lanier Nalley of Fayetteville, Ark., served as best man. The reception was held in the stable. The bride left the reception wearing a vintage dress made by her great-grandmother, Marguerite Merk, and worn by her paternal grandmother.

The couple now resides in Buffalo, Wyo.
