0The Bark in the Park event recently raised money for the Relay for Life fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The event at Peachtree City’s Drake Field drew a plethora of dogs and their owners to a variety of competitions that were judged by local Boy Scouts. Photo/John Munford.
The real question is not whether these projects create any value, but whether the public costs are being modeled honestly…
