Lauren Alyssa Boyd and Paul Richard Harp were married at the Peachtree City Church of Christ on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Richard Harp, grandfather of the groom, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Boyd Jr. of Peachtree City.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Harp of Atlanta.

The bride was escorted by her father and wore a strapless gown of champagne tiara satin with a scalloped antique lace sweetheart neckline and a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white Casa Blanca lilies, purple calla lilies, lavender roses, and purple tulips. .

Sarah Maxwell Boyd and Caitlen Claire Boyd served as their sister’s maids of honor. The bridesmaids were Jordan Kandace Battaglia of Covington, Elizabeth Ann Cole of Charleston, S.C., and Laura Stewart Stockman of Sandy Springs. Emma Grace Owens, cousin of the bride, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., was the junior bridesmaid. The flower girls were Elise Frances Deal and Hannah Lorene Deal, twin cousins of the bride, of Franklin, Tenn. Kristin Joanna Cline of Peachtree City, Elizabeth Sytsma Kennedy of Cumming, and Ashleigh Renee Harp of Atlanta served as honorary bridesmaids.

Paul Randall Harp, father of the groom, and Charles Luke Harp, brother of the groom, of Fayetteville, served as best men. The groomsmen were Victor Ryan Harp, uncle of the groom, of Sharpsburg, Brian Michael Gardiner of Locust Grove, and Justin Andrew Weaver of Acworth. Benjamin Aaron Harp, cousin of the groom, of Fayetteville was junior groomsman. The ring bearer was James Alexander Harp, cousin of the groom, of Sharpsburg. Sean Whitney Denney of Atlanta and David William Schrepel of Savannah served as honorary groomsmen.

Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at The Banquet Hall of Alvaton.

The couple enjoyed a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico, and now reside at Atlantic Station in Atlanta.
