0It was Halloween spectacular at the grand opening of the Senoia Police Department and Municipal Court building on Oct. 30. Kids and their parents were treated to games, constume contests, snacks, a tour of the impressive building and the challenging donut on a string competition. Contest winners were Kyle Fink (ages 0-4),Trey Hightower (ages 5-8) and Madison Hightower (ages 9-12). Those donating their time or items for the event included 144th Marketing Group-Brett Gross, Airgas South, Crook’s Grocery Store, Kroger-Thomas Crossroads, Harry Ramos, Senoia Coffee Shop, Senoia Golf Cart, Senoia Optimist Club and Tyrone Depot.
The real question is not whether these projects create any value, but whether the public costs are being modeled honestly…
