Thomas Orel Sharp, 83, was born June 23, 1930 in Flat River, Mo. He passed away Tuesday June 25, 2013 in Fayetteville, Ga.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lucille Sharp; 3 children: Terry (Richard) Brezinsky, Edel White, and Laura (Wayne) Harding; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends one hour prior in the chapel. Read More»

Ethan Nicholas Bishop of Fayetteville

Ethan Nicholas Bishop was born on June 19, 2013 at 1:15 p.m. at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He weighed 4 pounds 15 ounces and was 16 and inches tall. His eyes radiated peace and confidence in the Lord. Many people that actually looked into them said they were so much like his sister, Ryanne's. His precious little nose looked just like his brother, Leo's. His skin was bright and clear and smelled of the innocence of new life. Mr. Alexander Bitker, 88, of Peachtree City, passed away June 20, 2013.

He was born in Kobe, Japan and also resided in Shanghai and Yokohama, Japan. After WW II he attended Duke University and received a B.A. and also was the Captain of the Duke University Soccer Team. Mr. Bitker was a retired Financial Executive, CPA, a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church and was an avid golfer and was a member of Braelinn Golf Club.

Ernest Wade (Ernie) Lester, 65, died at the Atlanta VA Medical Center on June 21, 2013, following a 7-month battle with lung cancer.

Born July 25, 1947 in Atlanta, to William Larry Lester and Julia Mildred Hollis Lester, he attended Mt. Berry School for Boys and Headland High School, and graduated with a B.B.A. from Georgia State University in 1974. Arthur "Jim" Seaman, 74, of Peachtree City, passed away June 22, 2013.

He was born April 15, 1939 in Long Beach, N.Y. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1957-1960 overseas in Vincenza, Italy. Mr. Seaman was retired from Delta Air Lines.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Margaret Seaman and wife, Diana-Lyn Seaman.
