The Atlanta area is a major hub now for dope from Mexico. It is a major distribution point, including Fayette County. Fayette is even the LARGEST grower of Mary Jane in the southeast! Remember the 30 or so houses they raided lately?
In general the feds catch about 3-4 percent of the dopers, Fayette County maybe catches 1% if somebody tells them the address.
We need to decide if catxching a small amount of them is worth the effort or just make the stuff legal and tax it in grocery stores.
Or, spend billions more and catch maybe 4-5%.
Reminds me of prohibition in the 20s, it generated more cheap liquor by bootleggers.

Those houses werent in Fayette. I believe it was just one. The 30 or 40 were all over the southeast. Its here to stay. So legalize it and make some tax money off it. Simple as that. It isnt any different than all you drunks using the drug know as alcohol. If you use alcohol in front of your kids you cant be pissed when they try any form of drugs including that. You are teaching them well.

If you can't take enough of your valuable time to check any statistics, just criticize everyone else's, at least use your common sense of deduction.
If one adds up the dope convictions for a year and comes up with a number; then compares that to the quantity of dope coming into any given area (millions of pounds as opposed to finding thousands of pounds), it is not difficult to deduce that very few are being caught...at least not until they have been at it for years.
It is like speeding: even less than 1% of speeders are caught. Did you know that?
It is also like people like you who know squat, and don't really want to.

Statistics can be made to say whatever one wants them to say. I am familiar with those terms you threw out, except for the two tail test. I expect that is an odd deviation to a bell curve, but I'm not sure. Similar to a one tsil test, maybe.

Bush can look at statistics garnered as you subscribe and say the public wants him to bomb again. He simply discounts ignorant democrats.
