HHS is Paying Google with Taxpayer Money to Alter 'Obamacare' Search Results
Try typing "Obamacare" into Google, and you'll find that the first entry is now the Obama administration's www.healthcare.gov. If you don't particularly like that result, you'll probably hate the fact that you're paying for it.
Yup - Obamacare is such a whiz-bang program that the grubberment has to resort to using taxpayer dollars to mislead the public about its implications.

Why didn't they just mandate the change?
I am sure that the constitutionality could certainly be contorted, so why spend money when you could just use brute force? I am surprised that they felt the need to pay for it

You see normally, El Greasebo would Scream "Foul" if folks used the term "Obamacare" but since Google results now yield something soothing to his soul, he's ok with that. Try Googling "Health Care Legislation" and you get something quite different. But he's sorta busy just now, congratulating himself on getting the brakes slammed on that cheezy thread. But I see nothing got deleted! PS: I can't imagine why the Arsenal folks would have uploaded that Phosgene at all--and that's why I discount that theory.

I never saw those--I think Morgan's "Community" cmt got whacked too. Not sure why, hell anywone with a phone book and a golf cart can figure that out-especially if you've lived there for some time and know who the developers/builders were. Just like anyone with an address or name and a computer can access property tax data--all public info (or else it wouldn't be available). Hell, WhitePages.com will even tell you other occupants in the house and ages of all. Guess it's Census data. Anyway, in my view, much ado about not much.

Socialists, communists, and atheists have problems with our Pledge of Allegiance, Which one are you? Patriots in our country attending private or public schools have for years said the Pledge with great pride each day. Do you have a problem with our Pledge? Maybe I missed that.

I have no problem with the pledge, I merely point out that it has socialist's roots and that if there are those that would like not to pledge in a free society that is their right, don't you agree?
Also if there are those that try and have the pledge stricken from our schools there is a basis for their complaint. This complaint stems from the fact that by pledging we are pledging to the state, as you can see in the link we had children saluting the flag in school using the hand salute of the Nazis. This was no coincidence this was the international salute used by all socialists prior to WWII. It wasn’t until the National Socialists started WWII by invading Poland that the US thought it better to change to the “progressive” salute the one used today.
Philosophically, one can question whether a pledge is even necessary in a free society that is founded on representative government; however that is a discussion for another day.

The red in the Nazi flag represents communism; the person largely responsible for the common misconception that Nazism was a movement of the political right was Joseph Stalin- who wanted to hide the embarrassing truth of just how close it was to Soviet communism.
The Nazis were no bigger on free enterprise and liberty than the Obama administration is.

If the governments UNCONSTITUTIONAL TAKEOVER OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISE continues, in a few years the government will probably own Google. Glad to see the HHS taking positive steps to counteract the vitriol of the fringe right.
If you look at the top results in Google for Obamacare, you'd notice that about 9 of the top 10 results returned are hard-right sites critical of health care reform, including Michelle Malkin.
Putting the government's own website first gives Americans a chance to read about health care reform without the lies, distortions, half-truths and deceptions so common to fringe rightwing sites.
