Sidney and Cindy Funk of Fayetteville announce the marriage of their daughter, Lindsey Funk, to Charles Beard, son of Charles and Debbie Beard Of Mount Morris, Ill. The wedding was Oct. 2, 2009.

The bride is the granddaughter of Lynette White and the late Claude White of Fayetteville, and the late Weeden and Christina Funk of Riverdale.

Mrs. Rebecca Kimsey of Fayetteville announces the marriage of her daughter, Mary Grace Kimsey, to Benjamin August Richter, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Richter of Dallas, Texas. The bride is also the daughter of the late Timothy Kimsey.

The couple was married May 30, 2009, at Briarlake Baptist Church in Decatur. Dr. Keith Moore and the Rev. Kyle Dunn conducted the ceremony.
