AT&T's auto-pay fee is wrong

AT&T's auto-pay fee is wrong

I recently read in The Citizen that AT&T Broadband is going to start offering auto-bill paying for its customers. I have found auto-bill paying to be a great win-win for the customer, because of the convenience, and also for the company, since the money it saves them helps them to hold down costs.

What I find appalling about the AT&T offer, however, is the fact that they are going to charge us a $1.50 fee per transaction for this service. I think this is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG and urge everyone not to sign up for this service until AT&T drops its $1.50 fee.

Remember, to charge us for a service that is already going to save them money is not right. Please contact them at their billing customer service number at 678-545-2455, and let them know how you feel.
