During the 40 days of Lent, leading up to Holy Week and Easter, Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church will offer special services on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The noon worship service on Wednesdays (March 12, 19, 26, April 2 and 9) will include a brief Bible study led by one of the pastors. The service is designed to fit within workers' lunch hour.

On Thursday evenings at 7, services will be engaging, welcoming, and reflective, with a unifying theme of the celebration of baptism. A wide variety of special music will be offered. Two services will include dramatic monologues.

Beginning March 13, the themes will include water, the Cross, Name, Robe, and Light.

The Rev. John Weber, Rev. Miriam Beecher, and Intern Chad Langdon will share in these times of worship.

The public is invited. The church is at 101 Peachtree Pkwy. North. The phone number is 770-487-8717.
