Grand opening of two new subdivisions a the Villages of Stillwood Farms

Heartland Development Inc., the developer of Camden Village and Village Walk, has announced a grand opening event for both neighborhoods. The public is invited to attend the festivities planned for Saturday, March 19, from noon until 3 p.m.

"The grand opening will showcase a wide array of prices and home styles," said Kathy West, director of marketing for the communities. "The homes are constructed by a carefully selected group of builders who are tops in their field. The builder's program consists of 7 local builders. They have been hand-picked by the developer based on their strong work ethic, quality craftsmanship and their active presence on every job site."

The two neighborhoods, Camden Village and Village Walk, are in Stillwood Farms, Coweta County's newest development, which is off Lower Fayetteville Road at the end of the Newnan Crossing Boulevard. Phase I will consist of 112 homes for the two communities. Phase II will include a community clubhouse with a kitchen and gathering room, swimming pool, tot fountain and children's playground. Residents will enjoy sidewalks lining both sides of the street, connecting all the villages in Stillwood Farms.

"Many people are looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle in a quality built, amenity-loaded home. The homes in each of the communities offer this, plus lots of Extras, such as high speed internet," said developer Don West.

The Grand Opening will include a ribbon cutting ceremony by Newnan Mayor Keith Brady. According to Kathy West, the "fun-filled day" will include grilled hot dogs, a lucky egg Easter basket to pick from, door prices and a grand prize drawing for $500, for one lucky visitor.

"The communities put every convenience within your reach,” said West. “They are located just minutes from I-85, shopping, entertainment, movies, skating, bowling and downtown Newnan, which provides a small town atmosphere.
