Pro Challenge Racing Series coming to SenoiaGeorgia based Aarons Sales and Lease Ownership, sponsor of the Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series will make the first of two appearances at Senoia Speedway in on Saturday, Apr. 9. The Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series is a touring racing series that features 5/8 scale Nextel Cup type cars powered by motorcycle engines. The division consists of specified rules for each car, enabling the driver to become the main focus of the division. The Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series will make appearances at ten different racing facilities throughout the southeast during the 2005 season, including the two programs at the exciting Senoia racing facility. The series features drivers from all over the southeast including many from the local area. Terry Mathis from Cumming Georgia is the current national points leader in his great looking Monte Carlo bodied car. Other Georgia drivers will be racing for the national points lead including Hooters Pro Cup driver Ken Butler III, driver of the Aarons Dream Machine in the Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series, and his brother Brett Butler, driver of the second Aarons dream machine. Aarons and Team United Sanctioning Association, TUSA, have teamed up and created the Aarons Dream team, 24 drivers that are competing for the national championship in the series. The drivers receive several benefits from both Aarons and TUSA as Aarons Dream Team members. Weve had three very successful races so far this season, said Walter Breeding, President of TUSA. The races have been tight all the way through the field, which keeps the points battle tight, especially in the top ten. Aarons is the leader in the sales and lease business. The company is enjoying its 50th anniversary and the opening of the 1000th store to serve Aarons millions of customers. In addition Aarons commitment to automobile racing has been evident for the recent years including the sponsorship of popular Nextel Cup and Busch Grand National driver Michael Waltrip. Aarons is also proud of the sponsorship of the Aarons 312 at Atlanta Motor Speedway and the partnership that has been created with the Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series In addition to the Aarons Pro Challenge Racing Series, Senoia Speedway will feature the Georgia Asphalt Series (GAS) 100 for the tracks opening night on Apr. 9.
