St. Andrew’s annual art auction is October 29

The 15th annual art auction at St. Andrew’s In-the-Pines Episcopal Church is planned this year for Saturday, Oct. 29 in the church’s new parish hall. A patron and guest champagne reception will be held prior to the auction. Committee members recently met in the home of R.C. Rover, Peachtree City, to plan the auction which will benefit St. Andrew’s in the Pines’ church building and community outreach programs and ministries.

Regency Art Gallery of Norcross will once again provide the art for the fund-raiser. Art selections represent a wide range of fine art including signed and registered prints and lithographs, and original oil paintings.

“We have fine art for every taste and pocketbook,” said R.C. Rover, committee chair. “Contemporary and traditional styles by regional, national, and international artists are represented.”

The auction begins with a patron and guest champagne pre-reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by a preview at 6:30 p.m., and the art auction at 7:30 p.m.

Individual tickets are $5 and provide admission to the preview, complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres.
