To Sandra Watson, principal of Peeples Elementary, her staff and the PTO, thank you very much for all the hard work that went into making our temporary home so comfortable and homey.

When we visited for meet-the-teacher day Aug. 20, it was evident that so much hard work had gone on. You made this space feel like an elementary school, rather than a high school, no easy task.

Many parents had expressed concern over this temporary location. I have to say that my concerns evaporated as I walked through the hall and felt right at home.
