Commissioners face busy agenda Tuesday morning

The Coweta County Board of Commissioner will hold their first meeting of October this Tuesday at 9 a.m. Items on the agenda include:

· Execution of recreation facility and program agreement with city of Newnan for 1999.

· Request from Main Street to waive the courthouse use fee.

· Set public hearing for Nov. 12 for Jack Powell to rezone property on Ga. Highway 34 east from RR to C-6 and O-I and for John Meiller to rezone property on Rock House Road from RR-R-200.

· Request for board's consensus for sale of Charter Communications,

· Appeal for sign variance filed by Southtowne Hyundai.

· Request from Georgia DOT for confirmation of utilities reimbursement for bridge replacement program on Henry Bryan Road.

The board meets at the county administration complex at 22 east Broad Street in Newnan.
