Construction has begun on the first “dock-high” speculative warehouse to be built in Peachtree City in 12 years.

The 60,000 square-feet facility is being built by AMR Partners of Marietta and is located at the corner of Ga. Highway 74 and Dividend Drive near the entrance to Falcon Field.

Scheduled for completion in August, the one-story building will feature attractive brick-on brick construction, glass front office space, 20-foot ceiling height, dock-high and drive-in loading and ample landscaping.

It will offer warehouse and light manufacturing units from 10,000 square-feet and up with office space built to tenant's requirements.

Leasing for the facility is being handled by Tate Godfrey at the Peachtree Brokerage Group, a division of Pathway Communities.

“We are very excited about AMR Partners' commitment and investment in our industrial park and community,” he said.
