The Fayette County and Fayetteville planning commissions have named their officers for the year 2000.

Myron Coxe will serve as chairman of the Fayetteville Planning Commission. The former chairman, Bill Talley, has been elected to City Council and can no longer serve on the commission.

Kevin Bittinger will continue to serve as vice chairman.

County Planning Commission members reelected Chairman Bob Harbison, Vice Chairman Fred Bowen and secretary Robyn Moore for 2000.
