Georgia Heartland Humane Society urges you to Do the Dash for Digger, our most recent rescued pet. Doggie Dash 2008 is a pledge 5K "walk with your dog" to help injured, abandoned and abused animals. A shorter course is also available. Ask your colleagues, family, friends and neighbors to pledge. Bring your donations with you. Raise $50 in pledges and receive a Doggie Dash t-shirt. The Peachtree City Running Club’s Annual Kid’s Fun Run has been schedule for Saturday, May 3, 2008, at the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater. Registration begins at 8:00 AM and the first of five races begins at 9:00 AM. Participation is limited to kids 12 years of age and under and is free to all participants.
