Heather Russell, author of her newly released children’s book, “Tails” of the Collie Lama, will be signing her book at Gezzo’s Surf and Grille in Peachtree City, Saturday, July 19th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
The book takes place in Scotland and through her main character, Ian MacGregor a wise border collie, who is the “Collie Lama” and an assortment of other dog characters, Ms. Russell imparts words of wisdom to children to “be true to yourself”, “take care of yourself”, and “think for yourself”: much needed advice in today’s world of peer pressure and the self-esteem issues that children face.
