Adam was born on 12/29/05.
Adam was born with Downs Syndrome.

Adam was only 29 months old when he was diagnosed with Cancer, A.L.L. Leukemia.
Adam has one more challenge to overcome, come join us in his fight.
This begins helping Adam, and will continue helping others in his name.
