February 28, Theatrical Outfit presents "ATLexis2009," an evening of Words, Wit and Wisdom from Southern literature shared through dramatic readings and music. Celebrity performers include Bill Curry, Ed Helms, Valerie Jackson, Tom Key, Congressman John Lewis, Lois Reitzes, Natasha Trethewey, Bailey White, and soloists from the new opera "King: The Story of a Preacher from Atlanta." 7:30 pm. Post-gala cast-party at the neighboring Rialto Center for the Arts at Georgia State University. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance (no tickets sales at the door).
