Whitewater went 6-1 in a tournament over the weekend, beating Grayson (25-20, 25-22), Habersham Central (25-8, 25-12), Newton (25-8, 25-6), Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy (16-25, 25-13, 25-14), Mt. Pisgah (26-24, 25-14) and Chambleee (25-23, 25-14). Whitewater will take on Holy Innocents and Chapel Hill on Wednesday before heading to a play date in Columbus on Saturday. Our Lady of Mercy played at Lovett Tuesday night, while Starr’s Mill faced off with Woodward Academy. McIntosh will play at Marist on Wednesday. Landmark Christian went 3-2 in the Over the Mountain tournament last weekend. The Lady War Eagles will host Jonesboro and Westminster on Thursday. login or register to post comments
