01/10/2008 - 7:00pm 01/10/2008 - 8:00pm All WWII Veterans are invited to the January regular monthly meeting of VFW Post 9949. Before our business meeting starts, Gail Sparrow of honorflightfayette will provide the latest status on the free day flights being offered to WWII Veterans to visit the National World War II Memorial in Washington, DC. She will answer your individual questions and have application blanks for those WWII Vets who want to register to go on a flight. WWII Vets who served overseas earned eligibility to join America's oldest veterans organization, the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States and are welcome to stay for our monthly meeting items and discuss joining our Post- No you are not to old to join and participate.
