Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ramos of Senoia, formerly of Peachtree City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cristina Ramos,to Douglas Simpson Giacone of West Frankfort, Ill.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. She currently works as an export sales account manager for Georgia Pacific specializing in the Caribbean and Southeastern United States.

The groom-to-be is the son if Mr. and Mrs. Dave Giacone of West Frankfort, Ill. and is a 1999 graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Ill. He currently teaches physical education and is the defensive coordinator at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Ga.

The wedding will be June 21 in Peachtree City. The couple will reside in Atlanta.
