Has anyone ever heard of a ticket for 'failure to move over' before?Last week, I was doing a pastime of mine, sitting in Tyrone court with a handfull of tickets. I heard several people being charged with tickets for 'failure to move over'. I had never heard of that before. A friend stated it was an expensive ticket. That if a policeman is on the side of the road writing a ticket, and you fail to move as far away as possible in passing, you can be given a ticket. I've never heard of this. Is it a new law? Can someone shed some light on it? oldbeachbear's blog | login or register to post comments
