"Polls" are not the same as "facts", especially when they are controlled by the MSM in bed with Barack.

If I remember correctly, all of the polls leading up to the 04 election showed that Kerry would beat Bush as well.

It will go down in history as one of the bigger and more pervasive myths that was swallowed whole by the unwashed and uneducated masses. Sort of like "Obama is a MUSLIM!" Total BS.

Gore is a bumbling psuedo-intellectual and I'm quite happy he never made it into the Oval Office, but he never said he invented the internet. What he DID say is that he had a lead role in funding ARPANET/DARPA, which would evolve into what is generally called the internet today, and that is entirely accurate. He did push for funding what at the time was a network of government, niversities and the defense industry/contractors and that was the framework for everyone else to attach to and expand the network. I give him credit for his foresight on that one.
