Thirty-one-year-old Forest Park resident Manuel Leyva led undercover agents and uniform officers on a short chase Friday morning that began at Fayette Pavilion and ended at the dead end on Huntington Court. Leyva was charged with numerous offenses and was taken to Piedmont Hospital for precautionary reasons after swallowing approximately four grams of suspected methamphetamine. Photo/Ben Nelms.
