Publix, T.J. Maxx to anchor shopping centerThu, 11/06/2008 - 1:56pm
By: John Munford
The Line Creek shopping center, which will be built off Ga. Highway 54 West near Planterra Way, will be anchored by a Publix grocery store, according to the latest set of drawings submitted to Peachtree City officials. The plan also indicates spots for discount clothier T.J. Maxx and also for Homegoods, an offshoot of T.J. Maxx that offers discounted furnishings and home decor products. Previously developer Capital City Development has declined to release the identity of the stores that have signed on for the project. The conceputal site plan for the 17-acre site is on the agenda for a vote from the city's planning commission at its regular Nov. 10 meeting at 7 p.m. at City Hall. login or register to post comments
