Christopher "Chris" Randall Floyd, 20, Peachtree City, died June 21, 2009. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Conerlious and Margaret H. McIver, Thomasville,. He was born Sept. 3, 1988 in Fulton County. He was a student and worked as an administrative assistant in his dad's law firm. He loved singing, acting, and brightening the faces of the people around him. Services were at the Dogwood Church, Tyrone with Pastor Keith Moore officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.

Survivors include his parents, Charles R. and Deborah McIver Floyd Jr., Peachtree City; a brother, Charles R. Floyd III, New York; grandparents, Charles R. and Joyce Myers Floyd, St. Mary's; uncles, Conerlious and Jackie McIver, Riverdale, and Keith and Lisa Floyd, Bowle, Md., and an aunt, Alicia K. Floyd, St. Mary's. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
