Maxwells - Outstanding Eats

Did the Maxwells thing last night and the food was outstanding and the service was not lacking in anyway. Had the lamb racks and crab soup. The crab soup was great but it didn't contain the lumps I've gotten spoiled with when eating Charleston. But overall this was a really great place to eat and we really considered it a treat.

Oh.. the bread pudding... it'll hurt you after a big meal. ;)Yummmmmm....

And can anyone verify this for me? Does pate stand for goose poop in French?

I do think the goose was a yankee. Not sure if it ever swam at the car wash.

Pate is goose liver which only filters whatever a goose eats before it poops. That makes it a little fatty. Hope you didn't overindulge.

A real lion would know these things. Lions when they kill in the wild go for the liver and heart right away. The heart makes them better hunters. The liver makes them better poop filters - therefore better judges or lawyers. Surely you know this.
